As a Payroll Analyst, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional client service, ensuring smooth onboarding for new clients, and managing their payroll needs. What will you be doing?
Onboarding New Clients: Guide clients through setting up their payroll and ensure a seamless experience from day one.
Data Management: Handle and integrate large volumes of data to guarantee accurate and timely payroll processing.
Policy Administration: Apply your knowledge to manage policies and resolve any issues that arise.
Client Interaction: Address client inquiries with a positive attitude and offer expert advice on payroll processes and integration.
What are we looking for?
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Windows, Outlook, Excel, Word).
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills with a knack for delivering outstanding client service.
Problem Solver: Strong analytical skills to tackle and resolve complex issues independently.
